Kinn.ee is a real estate purchase platform that offers: • Property valuation service • Quick property purchase offers • Real estate agent services (if needed) • Transaction process support
By using our service, you agree to: • Provide accurate and correct information about your property • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not use the service for illegal purposes • Respect the rights of other users
Our price offers: • Are based on the information you provide and market data • Are non-binding until contract signing • May change depending on property condition inspection • Are typically valid for 30 days
When selling property: • You must have the right to sell the property • Provide all necessary documents • Agree to transaction terms in writing • Follow Estonian legislation
Our service fees: • Valuation is free • We do not charge commission when purchasing property • Notary fees and state fees are paid according to agreement • All fees are transparent and known before the transaction
Scandikodu OÜ is not liable for: • Actions of third parties • False or inaccurate information provided by you • Damages caused by market situation changes • Force majeure circumstances
Both parties may terminate the contract: • By providing written notice at least 3 days in advance • If the other party materially breaches the terms • By mutual agreement • In cases provided by law
We have the right to change these terms by notifying you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.
In case of disputes: • We try to find a solution through negotiations • If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in Harju County Court • Estonian legislation applies
